01 — Privacy
Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email, your balance and a record of your orders. We do not require government ID, and we never ask for the accounts you verify with our numbers.
What we store
- Account email and a hashed password — your plain password is never stored.
- Top-up and order history, for billing and refunds.
- SMS codes received on your numbers, deleted automatically after 24 hours.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
- We don't resell a number while your order on it is active.
- We don't track you across other sites.
Payment processing is handled by our provider (Oxapay). We receive only a confirmation and the amount — never your card or wallet credentials. You can request deletion of your account and associated data any time at securesmshelp@gmail.com.
02 — Terms
Terms of service
By creating an account you agree to use SecureSMS lawfully. Numbers are provided for legitimate one-time verification. The following are not allowed:
- Fraud, harassment, spam, or impersonation.
- Verifying accounts you are not authorised to create.
- Reselling our service as your own without a written agreement.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and API key. Keep your key secret; you can rotate it any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, with any unused balance returned where lawful.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee a specific number is available for a given service or country. Where a number can't deliver, the order is refunded — see the refund policy below. The service is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to the balance held in your account.
03 — Refunds
Refund policy
Our rule is simple: no code, no charge.
- If no SMS arrives within the activation window (typically 20 minutes), the order is cancelled and the amount is returned to your balance automatically.
- You can cancel an unused number yourself before a code arrives for a full refund.
- Once a valid code is delivered, the order is complete and non-refundable — the service was rendered.
Top-up balance
Balance added via crypto is credited after network confirmation. Top-ups are non-refundable to the original payment method but remain yours to spend on numbers. For billing disputes, contact securesmshelp@gmail.com within 30 days.
Automatic refunds land in seconds — there's nothing to file and no ticket to wait on.
